Payments
I accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as forms of payment.• I am unable to accept money orders or checks at this time.
Please note that you will be briefly taken out of this site while you pay for your order at PayPal. You will then be redirected back to this site after your payment has been made.

Shipping
I offer shipping to the 48 continental U.S. states. Some of the products have free shipping or flat rates for standard and priority mail.All orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment has been confirmed. I typically ship once a week.
All orders are shipped via USPS, First Class mail/Parcel Post unless it’s an original painting (we ship those via Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation).
Once your order has been shipped, I will send you an email letting you know your package has been shipped. All packages receive a tracking number via the postal service. Though I don’t expect it to happen, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. I am also not responsible for additional postage to re-ship the order if the package has been returned to me for any reason (unless I mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).
International Shipping
I will be more than happy to ship international orders. Email me to arrange payment and shipping rates to info@claudiacalle.
Refunds
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Although I cannot offer refunds, If you have damaged merchandise I’ll be happy to take the damaged merchandise back and exchange it with the same product if it is still available. If the product is not available at time of return I will provide a refund. Please email me within three days of receiving your order at [email protected] to discuss the details.
Please note that I am not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items. Also, I cannot accept exchange on original paints.
